Orchards

We have our own orchards in India looked after by a dedicated professional team following the philosophy of Masanobu Fukuoka
We give strict attention to international quality standards by management of both pre-harvest and post-harvest practices in our mango orchards located at Andhra, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh
We are empowered with adroit and competent professionals, who enable us to offer expert services. The professionals are provided with a thorough training, so that they can efficiently manage the harvesting and production process

We manage orchards in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. The best integrated orchard management practices are followed, to keep our trees healthy and orchard clean, so that minimal pest attack takes place on the fruit.
After this a laborious regimen begins, where initially all the trees are painted individually with a protective barrier of Bordeaux mixture to protect the trees from ground pests.

This is followed by giving each tree proper fertilizer and nutrition. This process is repeated twice more in the season.

Each tree is then carefully pruned to ensure penetration of sunlight and air circulation. This is a very laborious process that continues for two to three months.

Pest management:

We give prophylactic treatment to prevent disease rather than resorting to cure and keep our mangoes in protective environment by letting them grow inside bags imported from Japan.

As pesticides we use primarily bio- pesticides, neem oil and cow urine.

This management is done by fogging our trees by creating a fine mist over them using the latest Italian machines

Harvesting:

Each mango is then harvested upon attaining maturity and desapped in the farm before transporting it to the Packhouse for post harvest treatment

Traceability

There is complete traceability of our mangoes all the way back from the consumer down to the harvesting, as throughout the process they move in fixed batches.

Post harvest treatment:
